Nathalie Gogue Ebo

Nathalie has extensive experience in management consulting and results-based program management. She works at the intersection of the public, private and social sectors to develop and operationalize innovative strategies that address complex societal challenges.

At Sahel, Nathalie leads teams to deliver on various strategic engagements to unlock the potential of key agricultural value chains. She is currently managing the Nigerian Dairy Development Program, which aims to catalyze local milk sourcing through a processor-led approach, improve dairy farmers’ productivity, livelihoods and nutrition outcomes as well as empower women farmers who are critical players in the sector.

Nathalie started her career as a project engineer in the High-Tech sector with Stuart Energy Systems in Québec, Canada and then worked as a manufacturing engineer with Applied Materials in Texas. She transitioned to management consulting post her MBA and joined Deloitte Consulting in their McLean, Virginia office. There, she advised clients in the Financial Services, Not-for-Profit and International Development sectors on new business strategies, and managed projects to improve their operational efficiency and business impact. Her last assignment at Deloitte was as the PMO lead of AgResults, a $118 million multi-donor initiative, which offered performance-based incentives to competing private sector companies for innovations that address specific agricultural challenges in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.

Nathalie has lived in and/or managed projects in many African countries, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia and Togo.

Nathalie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a Bachelors and Masters in Industrial Engineering respectively from the Université du Québec, Trois-Rivières and from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is PMP certified and bi-lingual in English and French.
